Come and hear from dedicated and passionate Food Leadership Action Group (FLAG) members who are leading a collective impact approach to addressing food security in Merri-bek through a Community Food Hub model. The FLAG are community food leaders who are committed to food security and who understand the drivers and responses in the Merri-bek context. You will also meet the project teams who have been funded to test ideas for a shared Community Food Hub model that delivers socially inclusive food security across Merri-bek's diverse communities. Together they are progressing important food hub elements such as network and logistics coordination, collaborative education and training, food growing and processing, and sharing food stories with our community. Includes catering from a local food organisation.
