This fun session will introduce you to some of the skills and techniques of Touch for Health Kinesiology and the pathway to learn this powerful modality. Learn some quick energy boosting techniques, how to remove stress in the moment and the basics behind muscle testing. The session will also show Touch for Health Kinesiology in action with a demo of a 14-muscle and energy meridian assessment and then re-balance. No prior knowledge is needed and anyone is welcome to attend. The information session will run from 1.00-3.00pm, with afternoon tea to follow. Please note, seats in this venue are limited and you must book in to attend.
