The Most Intimate Summer Dance Intensive in Hollywood & Nashville. Hollywood Dance Intensive, founded in 2017, is an open invitation dance career intensive intended for 3 types of dancers: 1. Dancers who want to experience once-in-a-lifetime opportunities. 2. Dancers who are curious about learning the commercial dance industry in Hollywood. 3. Dancers who want to further their dance career by broadening their knowledge and connections. HDI is a unique program that will give each dancer the tools needed to get started and maintain success in this competitive dance industry. This is a very intimate program in which we only allow 10 dancers on our LA Trips and 30 at our Nashville events. We offer one-on-one mentoring, individual feedback, private dance classes, public dance classes, aerial class, dance industry seminars, dance agency q&a, mock audition with expert judges panel, video playback & written feedback, on-camera training, on-set experience, photoshoot, music video shoot, and more! We love to go above and beyond for our dancers by introducing them to people that can help further their career and what they discover is that once an HDI dancer ALWAYS an HDI ALUMNI! The work is never done, Chi continues to keep up and help promote and mentor any dancer who comes through her program. They will be mentored by one of the top commercial dancers from L.A., Chi Lopes (Owner and Creator of HDI). Chi has over 20+ years of experience dancing professionally in LA and Nashville.
