8:30am - 10:30am - Awaken to Kundalini - Invigorating Tantra Hatha flow & contemplation.
10:30am - Light refreshments & journaling time
11:30am - 1:30pm - Trust your Voice - Bhakti slow flow & Yoga Nidra with live sound healing.
What to Bring
Yoga Mat
Water
Eye pillow, Blocks, bolster, journal & anything else you might want for practice. Note these things aren't mandatory but may enhance your experience.
